BKO Stars is our employee incentive program, making it easier than ever to earn some extra cash! This incentive program is used to encourage the cross-selling of BankORION products and services.

The below web form is the tracking sheet for the BKO Stars - Incentive Program. Remember all points must be related to a proactive request. All proactive efforts are rewarded with the points listed on this form. Points will be automatically calculated and paid out on a monthly basis. One point = $1! Please fill in as much as you can and work with your supervisor on any questions. Thanks for all you do! We appreciate our BKO Stars!

What is a proactive request:

A proactive request is an employee actively getting the business. If a customer comes into or calls the bank, it most likely won't be considered 'proactive', but if you call a customer to offer them a better product, then that would be considered 'proactive'.
