If you need Digital Banking after hours support, please contact our support center at 1.800.971.2918. The after hours Digital Banking support number will be available the following hours:

  • Monday - Friday: 4:30 PM to 8:00 AM the following day.
  • Saturday - Sunday: 12:00 PM on Saturday through 8:00 AM on Monday.

Online Banking Passcode Reset

Reset Your Passcode


Do you need to reset your passcode? Here are 4 easy steps to take to reset your passcode:


Click the "Reset Your Passcode" button above. This will take you to our secure online banking platform to change your passcode information.  
 

  1. Validate your account. Here you will input your Access ID, Primary Email Address and the last four digits of your SSN or TaxID. 
  2. Answer your security question. 
  3. Deliver a temporary passcode through your email or phone. 
  4. Reset your passcode and hit submit!

External Transfers

You can submit or receive funds from external Financial Institutions through BankORION's online banking platform. Here are the steps to complete an external transfer:

  1. Log into your account through BankORION's online banking platform.
  2. Click the 'Transfers' tab on the menu bar.
  3. If you are new to External Transfers, click the 'Add External Transfer Account' option.
  4. Read the Terms and Conditions, then click 'Accept.'
  5. Provide the account information. Then click 'Submit.' The External Transfer has been requested.
  6. Validate the transfer request. You will need to validate the two deposits by clicking the  'Contact Us' link and choosing 'Validate External Transfer Account.' Then click the 'All Settings and Services' page. Confirm the External Transfer Account, by clicking 'Submit.'
  7. To schedule an External Transfer, click the 'Transfers' tab again.
  8. Click 'Schedule Single Transfer.'
  9. Fill in the account information, then click 'Transfer.'
  10. If the information is correct, then click 'Schedule Transfer.'
  11. Congratulations! You just scheduled a Transfer, click 'Done.'

You must notify BankORION immediately if you believe your user ID or password has become known to an unauthorized person or if an unauthorized transaction has occurred involving your account. Contact us immediately at 309.526.8011 to keep your possible losses to a minimum. If you believe that an unauthorized transfer or payment may have occurred, we may require you to sign an affidavit.

If you tell us within two banking days after you learn of a loss or error, you can lose no more than $50.00 if an unauthorized person used your user ID or password without your permission to process a transaction.
