BankORION is seeking a full-time Marketing Director. The Marketing Director is responsible for planning, implementing and leading the marketing function. This position requires the ability to use analytical and judgmental skills along with good communication and multitasking skills. The Marketing Director teams with managers to evaluate market opportunities while serving as the lead for advertising, branding, and marketing initiatives for advertising and promotions. The Marketing Director develops short-term and long-term strategic marketing plans and implements marketing initiatives that capitalize on business opportunities to target new and existing customer segments, contribute to the achievement of strategic business plan objectives to drive revenue, increase market share, and achieve optimal brand awareness. Minimum requirements are a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related business degree and five years professional marketing experience required, preferably in a financial institution or financial services.

BankORION is seeking a full-time Commercial Loan Administration Assistant for our Bettendorf office. Serve as loan assistant to lending officers, as well as maintaining customer files through the AccuSystems scanning software and Precision Graphical (PCS). Initiative and a positive attitude are vital. A minimum of three years previous loan administration experience required. Ability to work effectively with others and knowledge of loan regulations and documentation is essential.
Residential Mortgage Loan Originator
We currently have a career opportunity for a Mortgage Lender for our Moline office (5301 44th Ave. Dr., off John Deere Road). Experience in approving and closing mortgage loans in a financial institution setting is required. An emphasis in the government and investor markets is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of business development and demonstrate excellent communication skills. Community involvement is required and a college degree is preferred.
