Full-Time Customer Service Representative – Orion, IL

BankORION is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative for our Orion office. Primary responsibilities include enhancing our customer relationships using excellent service skills. The person filling this position must proactively seek out opportunities to promote BankORION, our products and services to prospective and existing customers. The ideal candidate will have experience opening customer accounts and a good working knowledge of banking products/services including IRAs, online banking and wire transfers. Outstanding communication and service skills as well as initiative and a positive attitude are vital. Candidates should be flexible in availability for scheduling.


BankORION is seeking a full-time Commercial/Agricultural Loan Officer for our Aledo office. This loan officer will originate and service a wide variety of business and individual loans. Duties include making decisions on loans and terms within established lending limits or making recommendations to the loan committee. Duties also include monitoring and managing customer/loan relationships on an ongoing basis. The loan officer will be responsible for calling on customers to expand existing business and calling on prospects seeking opportunities to expand the bank's customer base. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of three years lending experience and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Loan Administration Assistant

BankORION is seeking a full-time Loan Administration Assistant. Provide operational, lending and administrative support to consumer and commercial lenders to support growth of the loan portfolio. Coordinate all aspects of the loan pre and post-closing process, including the preparation of loan documents, scanning and maintaining of the file, and life of loan servicing. Ability to work with third parties and customers as necessary. Effective communication and strong organizational skills, initiative and a positive attitude are vital. Previous loan administration experience is required.

Part-Time Teller – Orion, IL

BankORION is seeking a Part-Time Teller at our Orion location. Tellers perform customer account transactions, answer basic questions regarding our products and services and refer customers to the appropriate bank employees for further information. Scheduled hours will vary and will include scheduled Saturday morning hours. Candidates should be flexible in availability for scheduling.

Residential Loan Processor – Orion, IL

BankORION is seeking a full-time Loan Administration Assistant/Loan Processor in our Orion office. This excellent career opportunity will be a key point of the growth and success of our Residential Mortgage function. The ideal candidate will possess at least three years of residential mortgage processing experience. Government and Investor experience preferred. Exceptional customer service skills and high quality communication skills are required. Knowledge of automated underwriting systems and loan origination systems is essential.
