Loan Administration Assistant

BankORION is seeking a full-time Loan Administration Assistant. Focus of this role will be to provide operational support for the Lending Department which consists of Mortgage, Commercial, Ag, and Consumer Non-RE loans. Duties to include, but not limited to:

• Processing payments, including participation & SBA payments;

• Floor plan monitoring and processing;

• Insurance monitoring and processing, including flood Insurance & force placed insurance;

• Ability to prepare note documents;

• Paid note processing including preparation of Payoff Quotes & Releases;

• Escrow account analysis, monitoring & processing; and

• Assisting customers with loan account questions and concerns, including Auto Transfer & Escrow changes.

Excellent customer service and ability to problem solve are a must. Ideal candidate will also possess strong attention to detail and organizational/time management skills. Previous banking experience is strongly preferred.
