Mobile Banking

We have a new way to access your accounts with BankORION!

BankORION Mobile Banking with your smart phone allows you access to your account balances, the ability to transfer between your accounts, and the option to change your Mobile Banking password. All access is available in text only.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE: To avoid additional fees from your mobile smart phone provider, you should subscribe to your provider's data plan. If you do not have a mobile phone data plan with your provider, you will most likely be charged additional fees each time you access your accounts using Mobile Banking. The Bank will not be held responsible for any fees you may be charged.

To activate Mobile Banking services, complete the steps below.

Step 1: If you have not already done so, please contact the BankORION Online Banking Department toll free at (877) 526-8011 to activate Mobile Banking Services.
Step 2: Log into BankORION Online Banking from the bank’s website at www.bankorion.com and click on the Services > Mobile Activation menu.
Step 3: Enter your primary mobile phone number. This will be used by Online Banking to send SMS text messages to your phone.
Step 4: Select your mobile phone provider by clicking on the drop down box and selecting your provider. If your provider is not on the list, select "other" and complete step 5.
Step 5:

SKIP THIS STEP unless you selected "other" for your mobile phone provider.

You will need to enter the address of your provider in the “Other SMS Address”. You can find out what this is by using your mobile phone to send an SMS message to your email address. Once you receive that message via e-mail, check the return address. You will enter everything after the @ symbol in the “Other SMS Field”.

Step 6: Enter a four digit Personal Identification Number (PIN). This will be used in place of a password to log into Mobile Banking.
Step 7: Re-enter your PIN.
Step 8:

Select the accounts you wish to view while using Mobile Banking by placing a check mark in the box to the left of the account number. In the future, you may remove access by un-checking the box to the left of the account number and clicking on submit.

You may also nickname your accounts by entering a "mobile nickname" at this time.

Step 9: Click on Submit. If there are no errors, you should receive a message stating your settings have been updated.
Step 10: Click on Services > Mobile Security Maintenance to set up your security questions and answers. This must be done before you may access your account(s) through Mobile Banking.
Step 11: Once steps 1 through 10 are complete, you may access BankORION Mobile Banking with this URL on your smart phone: https://www.mbgo.net/959

BankORION is participating in the FDIC's Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Under that program, through June 30, 2010, all noninterest-bearing transaction accounts are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account. Coverage under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules.
