CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE/TELLER
BankORION is seeking a full-time (32 hours/week) Customer Service Representative/Teller for our John Deere Road office in Moline. Primary responsibilities include enhancing our customer relationships using excellent service skills. The person filling this position must proactively seek out opportunities to promote BankORION, our products and services to prospective and existing customers. The ideal candidate will have experience opening customer accounts and a good working knowledge of banking products/services, including IRAs and savings bonds. Outstanding communication and service skills as well as initiative and a positive attitude are vital. Teller duties include performing customer account transactions, answering questions regarding our products and services and referring customers to appropriate bank employees for further information. Candidates should be flexible in availability for scheduling (including Saturdays).
